Longcrest Systems Ltd hosting customers must agree to the terms and conditions detailed here.

TERMS OF HOSTING
Longcrest Systems Ltd reserves the right to suspend a customers access to services if they breach these terms and conditions.

SERVER USAGE
Hosting and dial-up accounts are solely for use by the account holder. Under no circumstances may an account holder resell web space or dial-up services.

Longcrest Systems will not allow any of the following materials to be hosted on its web servers:
- Illegal and copyrighted material (where the copyright does not belong to the account holder unless permission has been granted by the copyright owner)
- Adult Material which includes pornography, erotic images etc. The decision on what is considered as "Adult Material" is completely at the discretion of Longcrest Systems Ltd.
- WAREZ which includes program "cracks", software passwords, pirated software and any links to sites hosting similar material. The decision on what is considered as "WAREZ" is completely at the discretion of Longcrest Systems Ltd.

UNLIMITED USE POLICY
Longcrest Systems Ltd has an unlimited bandwidth usage hosting policy. However, should a customer be deemed to be using excessive bandwidth such that other customers are receiving a degraded services the High Resource User Policy will be applied.

HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY
Should an account holder be deemed to be using excessive system resources, either bandwidth, disc space or processor, Longcrest Systems Ltd reserves the write to suspend their services immediately. The decision on what is considered as using excessive system resources is completely at the discretion of Longcrest Systems Ltd.

Longcrest Systems Ltd may re-arrange hosting at an increased fee.

PAYMENT POLICY
All services must be paid for in full, in advance. Payment may be by cheque or direct credit transfer. Longcrest Systems Ltd will not accept credit card payments at this time. Services will not commence until payments have cleared.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Longcrest Systems Ltd reserves the right to cancel hosting services at any time. Account holders will be due a refund pro-rata for their remaining hosting period.

A customer can cancel their hosting at anytime, however, no refunds will be available.

Should Longcrest Systems Ltd suspend a customers hosting due to their system abuse or non-payment of hosting fees then reconnection of suspended services shall incur a cost of £20+VAT per domain plus a single admin charge of £25+VAT.

INDEMNIFICATION
Hosting customers shall not hold Longcrest Systems Ltd, or any of it's employees, liable for any claims, liabilities, losses and costs of any kind that may arise such as:
1. Any material hosted on behalf of a customer that may infringe a third parties copyright

2. Defective products sold via another Longcrest Systems Ltd hosting customer

Additionally, all hosting customers agree to defend and indemnify Longcrest Systems Ltd from claims, including legal fees, that could arise due to actions of it's customers.

DISCLAIMER
Longcrest Systems Ltd will not be responsible for damages suffered by you or your business. Longcrest Systems Ltd does not claim the hosting services as fit for a particular purpose and no warranty is provided or implied. Longcrest Systems will accept no responsibility for such events as loss of data, service interuptions and email delivery issues that may impact on your business. Longcrest Systems Ltd reserve the right to revise these policies at any time.
