You must have a BT phone line connected to an ADSL enabled exchange. We can check the availability for you. Some phone lines will not support the full range of ADSL products due to line conditions. A BT line survey may be necessary for some customers.

Dial Up Accounts
All our hosting services come with a dial-up account as standard. This supports up to 56.6 Kbit/s analogue modems and up to 128 Kbit/s dual channel ISDN.

0845 LoCall: With this service, there are no subscription charges and no restrictions. You pay the call charges incurred when calling the 0845 access number.
